Fitness Kickboxing (Co-Ed or Ladies only)

We help participants reach their fitness goals through the sport of kickboxing. Kickboxing is a competitive full contact sport, but, most people are attracted to fitness kickboxing for its fitness benefits, learn self-defense and experience authentic kickboxing training without sparring. The cardiovascular, toning, conditioning and motor skill enhancements gained make fitness kickboxing a tremendous option to sport – competitive kickboxing.

The program will promote self-confidence; teach basics in self-defense and help individuals strive to attain personal fitness goals. The class includes a warm-up, pad or bag work and is completed with total body conditioning and core training. Beginners welcome.

Conditioning Boot camp

This is a class for the fitness enthusiast looking to take their workout to the next level. Using authentic MMA techniques, participants will work through strength training, agility training, cardio training and core.

Kid’s & Parent Kickboxing Program (Ages 8-13)

This program has content very similar to the adult kickboxing classes. Kid’s & Parent will run through a 5-minute warm-up,40 to 45 minute glove & pad work, 5-minute abs and finish up with stretching/cool down. This is purely a fitness class and there will be no sparring permitted at any time.

The 10 consecutive weeks will start with the first class that the child attends so anyone can join at any time.  Pricing applies to each child registered – parents participate at no additional cost.
